The Monarch Group is the Young Professionals group at Chrysalis, whose goal is to empower a network of young business and community leaders to support Chrysalis’ mission of changing lives through jobs. The Monarch Group is comprised of dedicated supporters who are committed to engaging their community in Chrysalis’ important work through various fundraising, volunteer, and outreach efforts.

The Young Professionals group Summer Rooftop Event was a great night. Over 200 people gathered on top of an amazing luxury building overlooking downtown Los Angeles. Significant money and awareness was raised to help fight poverty and homelessness in Los Angeles.
