Welcome to the Chrysalis website. I hope as you browse through these pages, you’ll discover what makes Chrysalis a truly special place. From the clients we serve, to the programs we provide, to the businesses we operate, our program is truly the most effective way to help homeless and economically disadvantaged individuals work toward permanent employment and self-sufficiency. 

Here at Chrysalis, we have a tradition: whenever a client gets a job, he or she rings the Success Bell.  When we hear the bell, we all know what to do.  Everybody – staff, clients, volunteers, and guests – stops working to gather and offer their congratulations.  After the bell ringing, the newly-employed client shares news about his or her new job and gives advice and words of wisdom to the other clients in the office.  This celebration serves as a reminder of the mission we have been committed to for a quarter of a century.
