Job Retention	A case management-based model that provides ongoing individual and group counseling. Clients also participate in workshops about work and personal development issues that may affect their ability to remain employed. Referrals for housing, child care, etc. are provided as needed.

Women's Group	These programs provide life skill workshops, mentoring and other services to meet the unique needs of women as they transition from homelessness to self-sufficiency.
