Chrysalis celebrated twenty years of empowering homeless and economically disadvantaged men and women in Los Angeles County to change their lives through jobs in 2005.

We helped more clients secure jobs than any other year in our history, a higher percentage of our clients participating in our Retention Program were able to retain their jobs for six or more months, and our businesses offered more apprenticeships to clients and generated higher annual revenues than ever before.
