30,000 individuals change their lives through jobs.

Highlights in 2008

We are pleased to report the accomplishments we have made in our programs and services held at our three centers in Downtown Los Angeles, Santa Monica and Pacoima during 2008:

•  We currently help over 2,500 people a year change their lives through jobs.

• The average cost of our program is $2,300 per client/year - a fraction of the cost of similar government sponsored employment programs.

•  638 clients participated in our on-the-job training business through Chrysalis Enterprises and are now on their way toward permanent, outside employment.

•  We increased the number of new clients attending orientation in all three offices by 15%.

•  Over 300 volunteers donated time and experience to provide our clients with important aid in their job development and assisted with special events.
