You asked, we listened! The Weekend Job Prep Event was tailored to people interested in serving Chrysalis clients but unable to commit to a regular cadence of weekday volunteering.
20 volunteers came to assist 18 Chrysalis clients with writing and reviewing their resumes, completing job applications, conducting mock interviews, and more! The morning began with a light breakfast along with a training session. Each volunteer received their assignment for the day. Following the event, lunch was provided for volunteers and clients!
This was an exciting opportunity to work with Chrysalis clients, learn more about Chrysalis services, and get to know other YPAC members and friends. By providing individualized support and encouragement, volunteers empowered Chrysalis clients in their journey to achieve their personal and professional goals.
